We are a team that develops cleaning and privacy software for your computer. That's why your privacy is extremely important to us.

YagiSoft does not collect any information from you except to improve our software and to prove that you are you.

Below we have clearly shared with you what kind of information we collect, we hope this will strengthen your trust in us.

When You Visit Our Website
We do not use any 3rd party tracking or analytics services, so your activity on this website remains with us (and your ISP). We use applications from the company that provides us with the solution for our website to measure usage on our website.

When you register
We only ask for a username, email and password when you register for our service. We use 3rd party payment processors. When you pay for a Pro account, we store the transaction ID of your payment for 30 days to prevent fraud. This only includes billing, first name, last name and email. We do not receive your card details.

When You Use Our Services
When you use our Site, we collect and store the following data:
- Your email address,
- Your IP address (confidential from us except for legal processes),
- How much time you spend on the site,
- Which pages you visit on the site,
- Your estimated location,
- Whether there is a Pro account linked to your account,
- Your Pro License code and program password,
- Whether you have an account,
When you use YCleaner, we collect and store the following data:
- YCleaner's version,
- Computer name,
- Username,
- IP address,
- The time and date when YCleaner was turned on, off and/or minimized,
- The time and date Smart Cleaning started,
- Windows version,
- Where Windows is installed,
- Processor information,

Why do we collect these? (Site section)

- You provide your e-mail address when you create an account.

- We receive your IP address as soon as you log in to our website (whether you are logged in to your account or not). Although this is generally hidden by our site provider, our approximate location and which country you are in are visible. We reserve the right to request your full IP address as a result of legal requests.

- How much time you spend on the site, which pages you visit, is also automatically collected and converted into a data set that we can analyze.

Why do we collect these? (YCleaner section)

- You provide your e-mail address when you create an account.

- To see which version of YCleaner you are using and to enable you to update it, YCleaner sends us version information as soon as it opens.

- Computer name, Username and IP address are used to identify you. By combining these 3 pieces of information we create a fingerprint for your system. This way, your computer cannot be confused with someone else with the same computer name or username.

- We collect the time and date YCleaner and Smart Cleaning was turned on, turned off and/or minimized to understand how you use YCleaner. Based on this information, we choose which part of YCleaner to focus on in our new updates (this is how Smart Cleaning was born!)

- The version of Windows and where Windows is installed are very important for YCleaner to work properly. After you send us an error report, we check this information and make sure that YCleaner is working as it should.

- To make sure that YCleaner works as it should on all systems, we collect processor information that can tell us a little about your computer's performance.

The following data is not processed, stored or retained:
- Any file on your computer,
(This includes all kinds of files. For example: photos, videos, text documents, junk files, deleted files)
- Cookies and other data in your browsers.

Why DON'T we collect these data?

Why should we? We don't need these.

All data we collect is sent to and stored on YagiSoft's Istanbul servers. We only use this data to improve YCleaner and no one other than YagiSoft can see this data.
We store the collected data on our servers for a maximum of 180 days. This is both to avoid burdening the servers and for data privacy.

YCleaner does not connect to, send or process data to any servers other than this website, the servers to which the website is connected, Microsoft servers and YagiSoft servers. All data sent is stored in encrypted form.

Any user can request the deletion of their data from us via e-mail. When we receive the request, all data belonging to the user will be deleted within 30 days. If the user continues to use our services after this data is deleted, the new data he/she will send will be processed and stored under the conditions stated above.

If a legal channel requests the data we have collected from us, we may have to provide this data.** Other than that, your data will not be shared or sold to any 3rd party. ***

Policy Changes
Users will be notified (via this and the blog) if serious policy changes are required and we are unable to continue to provide the service under the terms set out above.

* : Data is encrypted with TLS while being sent and cannot be seen by anyone who is not authorized on the server. The collected data can be read by people who have the ability to see the data authorization.
